The Role: Work From Home Support Coordinator (5)

The Work From Home Support Coordinator (5) position is a key remote role designed for detail-oriented, communicative individuals who are ready to contribute from day one. In this capacity, you will be a direct representative of our clients, handling remote admin responsibilities from the comfort of your own home. You will receive all necessary training and software access upon hire—no prior experience in this specific field is required. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned daily data entry quotas consistently and on time.
  • Participate in weekly virtual check-ins to report progress and receive new task batches.
  • Process incoming documents, forms, or records according to established protocols.
  • Perform routine data audits to identify and correct outdated or duplicate records.
  • Accurately input data from provided sources into designated databases, spreadsheets, or CRMs.
  • Submit accurate daily or weekly output reports to your assigned project coordinator.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive client and customer data at all times.
  • Flag discrepancies or missing information to the team lead for resolution.

Requirements

  • High attention to detail — data accuracy is the #1 priority in this role.
  • Reliable computer (PC or Mac) and a stable internet connection.
  • Basic proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel).
  • No prior administrative experience required — full onboarding training provided.
  • Comfortable working independently for extended periods without direct supervision.
  • Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
