Your role as a Waiter will include:
- Greeting and seating guests, providing menus and information about specials.
- Taking and delivering food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
- Enhancing the guest experience by offering personalized service and recommendations.
- Collaborating closely with kitchen staff to ensure high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas during and after service.
- Addressing guest inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Participating in team meetings and training to stay informed about menu changes and service standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter in a luxury or fine dining environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
