White Pearl Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team for the season of 2026 in Santorini (April-October). As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding service to our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing guest inquiries and requests with a friendly and professional attitude.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests with a genuine smile, creating an hospitable atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately by providing insightful menu recommendations and delivering food and beverages accordingly.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and preserve a clean and tidy work area at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely service.
- Managing a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and adapting to changing customer needs.
- Excellent knowledge of menu and retail items, demonstrating selling and upselling skills, as per outlet goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service etiquette.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of wine and cocktail service is a plus.
