Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors by providing friendly, efficient and courteous service
• Taking and executing orders in a professional manner and knowledge of menus and their preparation
• Knowledge of PDA will be an asset
• Ensuring all safety rules by following company policy, quality standards and SOP's
• Responding promptly and efficiently to requests or complaints
• Excellent cooperation with the restaurant/bar team and all hotel departments

Requirements

• Degree in Tourism School

• At least 2 years of professional experience in 5* hotels or a la carte restaurants
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an asset
• Knowledge of preparing drinks, coffee
