About the Role

As a Villas Butler, you are the dedicated guardian of each villa guest’s stay — ensuring a flawlessly curated and deeply personalized luxury experience. You will provide anticipatory service, maintain strict privacy and discretion, and orchestrate the seamless execution of all in-villa needs. In this role, you will operate with the finesse and emotional intelligence expected in ultra-luxury environments: personalized welcome rituals, bespoke amenities, curated itineraries, and highly attentive daily service.

You will collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, Guest Relations, and Security to ensure that every moment — from sunrise breakfast to evening turndown — feels effortless, intuitive, and unforgettable.

Note: The role is based in Paros.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver highly personalized villa service, ensuring privacy, comfort, and seamless guest experience.
• Perform daily butler duties including packing/unpacking, amenities setup, F&B coordination, and special arrangements.
• Greet guests with tailored welcome experiences aligned with luxury standards.
• Manage in-villa dining coordination with F&B teams.
• Curate premium experiences such as private chefs, celebrations, wellness rituals, and excursions.
• Facilitate housekeeping schedules, maintenance needs, and service sequences.
• Anticipate guest needs through detailed observation and emotional intelligence.
• Handle guest requests, issues, and feedback with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintain villa presentation at all times, ensuring impeccable standards.

Requirements

• Previous butler or luxury hospitality experience required (villas, yachts, UHNW guest service preferred).
• Excellent communication, etiquette, and emotional intelligence.
• Impeccable grooming and professional image.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are highly valued.
• Confidentiality and high ethical standards.
