We are looking for a Valet for the next season (spring/summer 2026) to join our front of the house team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.
He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
He/She will Report to the Head Concierge.
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Deal with all Valets operations (greeting guests and escorting them to reception; drive and park cars and shuttles, manage arrivals and departures) according to Belmond policies, procedures and compliance with our code of conduct.
- Coordinate with reception and concierge
- Assist with all guest’s requests
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred
- Previous work experience in the same position in 5 stars hotels Knowledge of hotel management software such as Infor HMS or others, Microsoft suite
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
