In this exciting role, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of unlicensed medicines, working closely with healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to meet pressing patient needs. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, enabling our organization to expand its reach and improve patient outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategies for managing the unlicensed medicines portfolio, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and regulatory compliance
    • Oversee sourcing, procurement, inventory management and planning to ensure continuity of supply for patients
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, reporting requirements and guidelines related to unlicensed medicine supply
    • Drive projects relating to service awareness and processes improvement
    • Collaborate with internal teams to turn insights into opportunity and ensure high quality service provision
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure our offerings remain competitive and aligned with healthcare needs
    • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate service performance and drive ongoing improvements

This role requires you to be in the office at least three days a week.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Demonstrated experience in a pharmacist, technician, or procurement role in pharmacy setting
  • Proven experience in portfolio management, focusing on unlicensed or specialty medicine
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks and requirements related to unlicensed medicines
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail
  • A passion for patient-centred care and a strong desire to make a positive impact in the healthcare landscape
