Your responsibilities:

✈️Implementation of SMS, IMS and Security procedures and processes on a day-to-day operation within their function

✈️Supervise activities for the overall aircraft turnaround ensuring safe work practices of all turnaround processes

✈️Manage any disruptions to these activities

✈️Ensure that processes are delivered within SLA standards of performance and compliance limits

✈️Liaise with and between teams, departments and suppliers to inhibit discrepancies in task sequence or performance

✈️Observe safety and security regulations in all activities

✈️In case fuelling shall be performed with passengers still disembarking, make sure that all relevant safety measures are observed

✈️Observe the loading and make sure that all loads are loaded according o the Loading Instruction. Record all deviations on the Loading Instruction

✈️Ensure the loading is completed at agreed with the carrier timing before departure

✈️Perform final walk-around, start-up assistance and push-back assistance

✈️Insert all ground handling services provided per turnaround in company’s software (FlighTracker)

What we are looking for:

✈️High school diploma

✈️English degree at B2 level (First Certificate in English or equivalent)

✈️Possession of a valid drivers license for a minimum of 12 months

✈️Previous experience in a similar position preferred

✈️Familiarity with computers
