Job Description:
We are seeking a customer-focused and tech-savvy Technical Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with technical issues, provide exceptional service, and ensure a seamless resolution to their concerns. This role requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must have completed at least 2 years of college education.
  • Possess a neutral English accent with excellent communication skills.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including holidays and weekends.
  • Comfortable working onsite.
  • Prior call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
