Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the move from a current operational environment to a new one happens smoothly on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to business operations. At the same time making sure smooth, timely, and risk-free transition of services from the external vendor to the internal team by developing and executing end-to-end transition plan, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Develop the transition plan, timeline, milestones, and risk register.
- Coordinate activities across all technical and business teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for transition-related issues.
- Manage communication with executives, stakeholders, and the outgoing vendor.
- Ensure compliance with contractual exit obligations.
- Track and report progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
- Manage cutover and hypercare activities (stabilization period).
- Ensure full knowledge transfer to internal staff is completed and validated.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management or related field
- Preferred/Advantageous
- Project Management Certifications
- ITIL Certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Transition Manager
- Can work Full onsite (Cubao)
