Oversee all trading activities within the Greenvolt Group by leading both internal and external Credit Support across all regions. This includes issuing, managing, and reporting on the Group’s responsibilities and commitments. Additionally, contribute strategically by enhancing tasks, processes, and roles to promote efficiency, scalability, and growth for the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the relationships with banks and other credit entities to secure proper facilities to support the Trade Finance Structures of the Group
  • Provide guidance on the definition of intercompany Credit Support and ensure its correct implementation throughout the Group.
  • Manage the internal and external process for granting credit support across geographies, namely with PCGs, import LC’s, standby letters of credit, surety bonds and others, maintaining physical and digital records of relevant documentation
  • Support on the preparation of materials prepared periodically such as budget, financial statements, management team presentations or Financing Memos, if required.
  • Monitoring and report the credit support received by third parties (Credit in).
  • Reporting monthly movements regarding existing credit support provided by the Group, insuring the proper booking (Credit out).
  • Main focal point to assist departments as Legal, M&A or Procurement to secure proper alignment with Group Financial Policies regarding Credit Support in Contracts.

Requirements

o   Graduation in accounting, Business Administration or Finance

o   MBA, master’s in management or advance Degree in Finance, as plus

o   5-8 years of experience in corporate or trade finance or similar role

o   Supervisor and leadership experience

o   Knowledge of trade finance instruments and market standards.

o   Knowledge on accounting and financial software’s (SAP, TMS systems, Bloomberg).

o   MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerBI and PowerPoint.

o   Acknowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Report Standards (IFRS);

o   English and Portuguese (mandatory)

o   Another language would be a plus, such as Spanish or French
