We are now seeking a strategic as well as pragmatic Total Rewards & HR Operations Manager APAC to join our HR team and drive the next phase of our people and culture evolution.

Your Role:

As our Total Rewards & HR Operations Manager APAC, you will be a key enabler of strategic HR delivery and operational excellence. You will oversee the design and execution of compensation, benefits, and wellness programs tailored to the APAC region, while ensuring seamless HR service delivery across diverse markets.

You will play a critical role in aligning global frameworks with local needs, driving data-informed decisions, and enhancing employee experience. This role operates within a matrix organization, reporting directly to Director HR Operations & Services, and functionally Director Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

Total Rewards

  • Localize and implement global compensation and benefits programs.
  • Lead regional benchmarking and market competitiveness analysis.
  • Manage annual merit, incentive, and LTI processes.
  • Partner with country HRBPs and Finance for budget and compliance.
  • Support wellbeing and recognition initiatives tailored to APAC cultures.

HR Operations & Services

  • Oversee regional HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and HRIS.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and data privacy regulations.
  • Drive process optimization and automation across APAC countries.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service delivery quality.
  • Support HRIS transformation and data integrity efforts in the region.

Requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Qualifications & Experience

·       Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

·       10+ years of experience in Total Rewards and HR Operations.

·       Proven track record in regional HR leadership across APAC.

·       Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).

·       Familiarity with ESG/CSR reporting frameworks.

·       Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

·       M&A experience is a plus.
