Role Purpose:
Perform testing and quality-assurance activities for Oracle ERP systems and HRMS to ensure stability, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute functional, regression, and UAT test cases.
• Identify, track, and report bugs using Jira or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate with development and analysis teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain QA documentation and testing artifacts.
• Support release validation and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications & Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Quality Assurance.
• Training in software testing methodologies preferred.
• Preferred Certifications: ISTQB Certified Tester.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 3–5 years of experience in ERP, HRMS or software testing.
• Knowledge of manual and automation testing (Postman, Selenium, Ka talon).
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
