- Engage with potential and existing customers over the phone to introduce our products and services.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of product details and service offerings.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.
- Gather customer feedback to improve services and offerings.
- Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the customer database efficiently.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
- Aim to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Document all interactions with customers and track sales progress.
- Prepare monthly reports on KPIs and sales achievements.
Requirements
- Min 3 years of experience in telesales, customer service,
- Selling via cold calling in outsourcing, recruitment, software, or services. (Preferably one of the first two)
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Must be willing to make a minimum of 60 answered calls per day.
- Will have target for achieving qualified meetings
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong willingness to learn about product specifications and benefits.
- Friendly and patient demeanor with customers.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Fluent in English.
