  • Engage with potential and existing customers over the phone to introduce our products and services.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of product details and service offerings.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve services and offerings.
  • Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update the customer database efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Aim to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Document all interactions with customers and track sales progress.
  • Prepare monthly reports on KPIs and sales achievements.

Requirements

  • Min 3 years of experience in telesales, customer service,
  • Selling via cold calling in outsourcing, recruitment, software, or services. (Preferably one of the first two)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Must be willing to make a minimum of 60 answered calls per day.
  • Will have target for achieving qualified meetings
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Strong willingness to learn about product specifications and benefits.
  • Friendly and patient demeanor with customers.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
