The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups. The role requires a confident communicator with strong persuasion skills, excellent English proficiency, and a proven track record in telesales or lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.
- Identify decision-makers and build relationships to create interest in company services.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate information on leads, prospects, and follow-up actions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversions.
- Understand customer needs and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Follow up on leads from digital marketing campaigns and cold outreach.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Ensure all communication aligns with company standards and brand voice.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in making cold calls and handling objections professionally.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
