The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups. The role requires a confident communicator with strong persuasion skills, excellent English proficiency, and a proven track record in telesales or lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.
  • Identify decision-makers and build relationships to create interest in company services.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate information on leads, prospects, and follow-up actions.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Follow up on leads from digital marketing campaigns and cold outreach.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Ensure all communication aligns with company standards and brand voice.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in making cold calls and handling objections professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
