As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead complex customer deliveries of Innovatrics biometric solutions across global markets. You will operate at high ownership and high ambiguity, coordinating cross-functional teams and proactively shaping scope, timelines, and risks with customers and internal stakeholders.
📅 Within one month, you will…
- Build a full delivery map of our solutions, delivery lifecycle, governance, and escalation paths
- Join customer and internal ceremonies as the primary delivery owner on at least one active project
- Identify top delivery risks across your assigned scope and propose mitigation plans
- Align with Professional Services team on how you will run delivery rhythm (status, reporting, decision logs)
📅 Within three months, you will…
- Lead at least one complex client delivery end to end, including scope control, milestones, resourcing, and stakeholder management
- Run project governance confidently with clients including steering, risk reviews, and change control
- Drive cross-team alignment on dependencies and unblock critical path issues with minimal supervision
- Contribute improvements to delivery playbooks, templates, and internal tooling based on real project learnings
📅 Within six months, you will…
- Lead multiple concurrent projects or a larger program with several workstreams
- Handle escalations and course-correct delivery when priorities, scope, or constraints change
- Confidently bridge technical and non-technical audiences in customer conversations
- Contribute to mentoring and knowledge sharing across Professional Services team

- Be a trusted delivery partner for key clients and internal stakeholders
- Consistently deliver measurable value by balancing scope, time, cost, and quality tradeoffs
- Influence product and solution evolution by turning customer and delivery insights into actionable input for product roadmaps and internal OKRs
- Raise the delivery bar across the team by shaping best practices and contributing to PM standards

About You
You are a delivery lead who thrives in complex environments with multiple stakeholders, shifting constraints, and real accountability. You communicate with clarity, protect quality, and stay calm under pressure. You build trust through transparency, ownership, and follow-through.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering multiple complex software projects concurrently for multinational, geographically distributed clients, ideally in B2B or B2G environments.
- Strong capability in scope control, risk management, escalation, and stakeholder shaping
- Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery across engineering, product, and professional services
- Fluency in English
- Ability to run customer-facing governance and communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem solving
- University education in a technology area or equivalent practical experience
Advantageous
- Additional languages (French, Spanish)
- Experience delivering solutions in regulated environments (identity, security, government)

Compensation
At Innovatrics, we offer highly competitive salaries because we believe in rewarding top talent that drives our mission forward.
Compensation is starting at €2,800 gross/month (TPP), depending on level and experience.
