We are looking for an Technical Operations Lead to lead the coordination and delivery of technical projects across our telecom and IoT domains. In this role, you will bridge engineering and project execution, ensuring that teams, partners, and customers remain aligned and that every deployment runs smoothly — from planning to completion. You will manage schedules, prioritize activities, oversee on-site work, and act as the central point of communication between technical teams, project managers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Operations Coordination

  • Lead and coordinate implementation activities including surveys, installations, integrations, and maintenance.
  • Plan and monitor progress, manage priorities, and ensure timely execution.
  • Serve as the key contact between engineering, logistics, field teams, and customers.
  • Translate technical updates into clear progress reports and action plans.

Team Leadership & Process Improvement

  • Organize daily and weekly operations, assigning resources and managing capacity.
  • Support field and lab teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Define and optimize operational procedures (SOPs) and safety practices.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Technical Oversight

  • Oversee and coordinate work across RF, optical, and embedded/IoT systems.
  • Support testing, diagnostics, and acceptance procedures (e.g., fiber, radio, or embedded devices).
  • Ensure documentation, compliance, and tool readiness.

Quality & Customer Interface

  • Ensure safety, quality, and delivery standards are met.
  • Communicate proactively with customers, keeping them informed on progress, challenges, and next steps.
  • Manage vendor coordination and acceptance testing.

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project delivery, technical operations, field coordination or project management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities under time constraints.
  • Working knowledge of telecom, networking, or IoT technologies is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Greek required.

What Sets you Apart:

  • Experience with LoRa/LTE/5G, IP networking/VLANs, PoE, UPS/DC power systems.
  • Familiarity with FOTA, device management, remote monitoring.
  • Vendor interface experience and warranty/RMA negotiations.
  • Certifications (e.g., fiber handling, RF safety) and tool calibration management.
