As we continue to grow, we have an excellent opportunity highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team.
In this role, you will be responsible implementing our talent acquisition strategy, attracting local top talent, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
· Work closely with local hiring managers & local leadership team to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
· Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
· Utilise various recruitment channels and platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
· Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
· Collaborate with HR team to develop and enhance employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
· Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
· Develop and maintain sourcing channels for graduate intake (both internships and newly hires).
· Maintain relationship with key business schools and universities.
· Organise onboarding/ integration of newly recruits.
· Support in benchmarking comps Vs market at least once a year.
Requirements
· Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in professional services or consulting environment.
· In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.
· Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, including social media and digital recruitment methods.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, external partners, and candidates.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
· Fluent in English (written and verbally)
