Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse talent across various platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support in fulfilling them.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Promote company culture and employer branding through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment channels and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
