We are seeking an experienced L3 System Analyst/Production Support with strong expertise in Java and Oracle Database to support critical banking applications under the CCO domain. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end L3 production support, handle incidents, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure system stability. Experience in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) will be considered an added advantage.
Requirements
- Provide L3 production support for banking applications under the CCO domain.
- Work closely with L1/L2 teams to investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors, testers, and users for resolution.
- Review testing scope with the testing team; support testing of fixes, enhancements, and production deployments.
- Manage and review vendor-delivered fixes and support PI activities.
- Investigate Ctrl-M batch job failures and provide effective workarounds.
- Proactively monitor production PBIs and drive timely closure across various functional domains.
- Support middleware patching, OS patching, and certificate renewal activities.
- Ensure smooth BAU L3 operations across integrated systems and technologies.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in Java/J2EE application support.
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle DB and/or MS SQL.
- Proven experience in L3 production support within banking or financial services.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex production issues.
