Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to clients in Swedish and other languages via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product-related questions, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Address customer complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for reference and tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Engage in continuous training to improve product knowledge and service delivery skills.
  • Contribute suggestions for improving service processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and at least one additional language (English, Finnish, Danish, etc.), both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in customer support software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, and dedicated to providing outstanding customer experiences.
