Responsibilities

  • Offer excellent customer service to Swedish-speaking clients and guests across diverse hospitality environments.
  • Manage inquiries, reservations, and service requests through phone, email, and face-to-face communication.
  • Assist clients in navigating available hospitality services and amenities with professionalism and clarity.
  • Handle and effectively resolve customer complaints or issues to ensure a positive experience for guests.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest hospitality trends to provide clients with well-informed suggestions.
  • Document client interactions and feedback for quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills focused on achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of hospitality services with the ability to effectively share this information with clients.
  • Competent in utilizing CRM systems and familiar with Microsoft Office tools.
