Responsibilities
- Offer excellent customer service to Swedish-speaking clients and guests across diverse hospitality environments.
- Manage inquiries, reservations, and service requests through phone, email, and face-to-face communication.
- Assist clients in navigating available hospitality services and amenities with professionalism and clarity.
- Handle and effectively resolve customer complaints or issues to ensure a positive experience for guests.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
- Stay updated on the latest hospitality trends to provide clients with well-informed suggestions.
- Document client interactions and feedback for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on achieving customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of hospitality services with the ability to effectively share this information with clients.
- Competent in utilizing CRM systems and familiar with Microsoft Office tools.
