Support Specialist - French Speaking

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a French Speaking Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our French-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring they receive the assistance they need in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries in French through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Work closely with internal teams to escalate complex issues as necessary
• Provide training and guidance to clients on our products and services
• Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality
• Assist in developing support materials and resources for clients

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using customer support tools and software
• A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to client satisfaction
