Position Overview 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-time Supply Chain Support to assist our team. The role will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and compliant operations within a PIC/S GMP pharmaceutical environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Purchasing and Material Planning department. 
• Organize, coordinate, and maintain documentation systems in line with operational requirements. 
• Assist in material planning activities and purchasing-related follow-ups. 
• Support department operations to uphold PIC/S GMP standards within pharmaceutical production. 
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a university undergraduate program, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline. 
• Proactive, energetic, and willing to learn with a strong sense of responsibility. 
• Able to commit at least two full days per week. 
• Prior exposure to administrative or operational roles is an advantage but not required. 
• Good communication skills in English; Cantonese is a plus.
• Must hold valid authorization to work in HK.
