GEK TERNA Group is seeking a:

Strategy & Ventures Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Provides market intelligence, policy and funding analysis and early-stage project development support for GEK TERNA’s strategic growth platforms.
• Conducts market and regulatory research (EU PCI/PMI, CEF, Innovation Fund, resilience programs).
• Screens and maintains a pipeline of strategic energy & infrastructure opportunities.
• Drafts concept notes, pre-feasibility and funding briefs for internal evaluation.
• Maps and monitors EU funding programs relevant to energy and infrastructure innovation and coordinates grant applications.
• Prepares competitor and policy benchmarking reports.
• Produces concise presentations and portfolio updates for the Board.

Qualifications & Experience

• Postgraduate Degree in Engineering, Economics or Policy/International Studies.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in strategy consulting, EU-funding advisory or energy & infrastructure development.
• Familiarity with EU energy & transport regulation (ENTSO-E, AFIR, TEN-E etc.).
• Strong research, writing and presentation skills in English and Greek, both oral and written.
