Reporting to the COO – Tranzport

Tranzport is a next-generation international freight forwarder, customs broker, and domestic truck broker built around technology, transparency, and speed. We simplify global trade and logistics for our clients — delivering precision, reliability, and control from port to warehouse to final mile.

We’re looking for a Sr. International Sales Executive to accelerate our growth across global freight and domestic transport. This is a high-impact role for an ambitious sales leader ready to bring in new business, deepen client relationships, and build meaningful partnerships across industries.

Your Mission

You’ll take ownership of growing Tranzport’s client base through direct engagement and consultative sales. You’ll help importers, exporters, manufacturers, and distributors solve complex logistics problems — leveraging Tranzport’s integrated capabilities in air, ocean, customs brokerage, and domestic trucking.

From lead generation to contract close and beyond, you’ll manage the full sales cycle — creating customized solutions that drive value and profitability for both client and company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a targeted strategy to acquire new freight forwarding and brokerage clients.
  • Drive multimodal sales (air, ocean, and domestic trucking) and cross-sell Tranzport’s customs brokerage services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers and logistics executives across industries.
  • Manage RFQs, bids, and proposals from end-to-end, ensuring strategic alignment with Tranzport’s capabilities.
  • Partner with operations and leadership to ensure flawless service execution post-sale.
  • Represent Tranzport at trade shows and networking events to build brand recognition and open new markets.

Requirements

  • Proven success in international freight forwarding or brokerage sales, with a solid book of business.
  • Strong understanding of air, ocean, and domestic transport, plus familiarity with customs clearance and compliance.
  • A consultative approach to selling — you listen, analyze, and deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills; ability to engage C-suite, VPs, and logistics directors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive in a growth-driven, performance-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel

Preferred:

  • Experience in freight forwarding operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Excel Proficiency
  • Second Language (Mandarin, Spanish, French, Portuguese preffered)
