In this role, you will be the frontline support for Spanish-speaking clients, providing outstanding customer service and technical assistance. This is a remote position ideal for individuals who are proactive and enjoy solving problems for users.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to Spanish-speaking customers through various remote channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and walk them through basic troubleshooting processes.
- Keep detailed documentation of support cases and maintain accurate records in the support system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve more complicated technical issues.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure complete resolution of issues and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on new products, services, and industry trends to enhance customer support experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer support or technical support is highly desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and a knack for problem-solving.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with remote assistance tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software is beneficial.
