• Document customer interactions in our CRM system accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Provide feedback to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
• Ability to adapt quickly to a new working environment
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with comprehensive relocation support provided
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
