Spanish Speaking Customer Support for Transportation Services

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with their transportation-related questions and concerns
• Document client interactions and solutions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery
• Provide clients with information regarding services, routes, and schedules
• Gather and relay client feedback to enhance our offerings
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the transportation sector, is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
