Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with account management, subscription options, and troubleshooting

- Provide clients with insights on optimizing their subscription experience
- Gather customer feedback for improving services and support

Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in subscription-based services or technology
