In this Junior role, you will be the key point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers, providing comprehensive support and assistance related to their streaming services. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions regarding streaming services, account issues, and content availability
- Document interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns
- Provide detailed information about new releases and service features
- Gather customer feedback to help improve our services
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on industry trends and company updates
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the entertainment or technology sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
