Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via email, phone, and chat
- Assist clients with questions regarding software functionality, troubleshooting, and account management
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Work closely with technical teams to resolve more complex issues
- Provide detailed explanations and best practices for using software tools and AI features
- Gather user feedback to inform product improvements
- Engage in training sessions to stay updated on software advancements and customer service techniques
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the software or technology sector
