Responsibilities
- You must reside or live in Greece.
- Provide customer support in Spanish through various platforms including phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with inquiries related to software tools and AI solutions
- Document customer interactions and suggested solutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to effectively resolve client issues
- Provide clients with training and support resources to enhance their experience
- Gather and relay user feedback to help improve our products and services
- Stay updated on industry trends and software developments to provide informed support
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support, especially in software or technology sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
