Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding online streaming services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to subscriptions, account management, and content recommendations.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues to ensure a seamless streaming experience.
- Document and track customer interactions accurately and manage follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest content available on the platform and inform customers about new releases and features.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements and product development.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or technology sector.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
- Ability to handle technical issues and guide customers through problem resolution.
- Proficient in customer support software and familiar with online streaming platforms.
- Detail-oriented with effective multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
