In this dynamic Junior role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking users, providing expert support as they explore and enjoy our extensive music library. Your fluency in Spanish will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with questions about account management, playlists, and music recommendations
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of platform features and services
- Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance service delivery
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and product offerings
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in customer support, ideally in the music or entertainment industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
