Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions related to shipping rates, logistics, and tracking
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service processes
- Provide detailed information about shipping options and timelines
- Gather feedback from customers to enhance our services
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the logistics or shipping industry
