Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Home Security & Alarm Systems Department! In this important Junior role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, providing them with expert assistance and support for their home security inquiries. Your ability to effectively communicate in Spanish will be crucial in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer service. You will play a key role in helping clients secure their homes and ensuring their peace of mind.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions regarding home security systems, installation, and troubleshooting
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues faced by clients
- Provide clients with detailed information about product features and security options
- Gather and relay customer feedback for service enhancements
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain product knowledge and best practices
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the security or technology sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
