In this key Junior role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, providing essential support and guidance related to their home entertainment systems. Your ability to communicate in Spanish will be crucial in delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with questions about product features, troubleshooting, and setup
  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
  • Provide detailed product information and support users in maximizing their entertainment experience
  • Gather customer feedback to inform service improvements
  • Participate in ongoing training to keep updated on product offerings and industry trends

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the technology or home entertainment sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality service
