In this key Junior role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, providing essential support and guidance related to their home entertainment systems. Your ability to communicate in Spanish will be crucial in delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions about product features, troubleshooting, and setup

- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Provide detailed product information and support users in maximizing their entertainment experience
- Gather customer feedback to inform service improvements
- Participate in ongoing training to keep updated on product offerings and industry trends
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the technology or home entertainment sector
