In this vital Junior role, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to our range of home entertainment products and services. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with technical questions related to home entertainment systems
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide detailed product information and guidance on installation and usage
- Gather client feedback to improve product and service offerings
- Engage in regular training sessions to stay updated on new products and features
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the electronics or home entertainment sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
