Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions regarding home appliances, usage, and troubleshooting
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve complex issues
- Provide detailed information on product features and best practices
- Gather customer feedback to help improve our products and services
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge
Requirements
- You must live or reside in Greece.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the home appliances or retail sector
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
