Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via email, phone, and chat
- Assist users with questions about gaming products, account management, and sporting events
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues
- Provide insights and updates about promotions, events, and new products
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvements
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the gaming or sports industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
