In this key Junior role, you will be the main point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, providing vital support and assistance regarding their banking inquiries and services. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions related to banking products, services, and transactions
- Document customer interactions accurately in our support management system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
- Provide detailed and accurate information regarding account management and services
- Gather customer feedback to improve our banking services
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about banking regulations and trends
Requirements
- You must be residing in Greece.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
