About the role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Assist customers via phone, email, or live chat with inquiries, orders, or issues
- Deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company procedures and maintain accurate records
- Work with internal systems and online tools
- Be part of a supportive, multicultural team
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Fluency in Spanish and a good level of English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills
- A customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer support or related fields is a plus – but not required!
