Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Online Travel Department. In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in providing top-notch customer support to our Spanish-speaking travelers, ensuring they have a seamless experience while booking and managing their travel plans.
Your expertise in the travel industry, combined with your ability to communicate fluently in Spanish, will enable you to assist clients with their inquiries, bookings, and any travel-related concerns. You will play a crucial role in helping our customers navigate their travel options and address any issues they may encounter.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support in Spanish via phone, email, and chat for travel-related inquiries
- Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, and travel packages
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with travel agents and service teams to address complex customer needs
- Gather feedback from clients to improve our travel services
- Stay informed about current travel trends, policies, and offerings
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel industry, is preferred
- Able to effectively manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and capable of providing accurate information
- Passionate about travel and helping customers create memorable experiences
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage
