Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Online Retail Department for one of our clients. In this key entry level role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking customers as they navigate our online shopping platform and services.
Your fluency in Spanish will be essential for assisting clients with product inquiries, order management, and resolving any issues that may arise during their shopping experience. By delivering high-quality service, you will play a significant role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty within our online retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat related to online retail inquiries
- Assist customers with product questions, order status updates, and returns
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Accurately document customer interactions and inquiries in our CRM system
- Work collaboratively with fulfillment and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve product offerings and services
- Stay informed about online retail trends, promotions, and our product range
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and an ability to solve problems effectively
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in online retail, is preferred
- Able to handle multiple inquiries and manage responsibilities efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Genuine interest in e-commerce and helping customers find the best products
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
