Mercier Consultancy is searching for a dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Online Retail Department. In this dynamic role, you will provide outstanding support to our Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with a variety of inquiries related to our online retail services.
Your proficiency in Spanish will be essential in helping clients navigate our e-commerce platform, addressing questions about products, orders, and policies. As a vital part of our customer service team, you will ensure that our clients receive a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding online retail inquiries
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and refunds
- Resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth resolution of customer inquiries
- Gather customer feedback to enhance our online retail services
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and trends in the retail industry
Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in online retail, is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Genuine passion for online shopping and assisting customers
- Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
