Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a vacancy for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Hotel Reservations & Hospitality Department. In this vital role, you will provide outstanding support to our Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries, bookings, and any hospitality-related services.
Your fluency in Spanish will be essential as you guide customers through the booking process, address their concerns, and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will be key in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty within our hospitality services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding hotel reservations and hospitality inquiries
- Assist customers with booking accommodations, answering questions about amenities, and providing local recommendations
- Handle inquiries related to changes, cancellations, and customer concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system
- Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Gather customer feedback to inform improvements in service offerings
- Stay updated on hospitality trends and local attractions to enrich customer interactions
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities and a proactive attitude
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in hospitality or travel, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for travel and hospitality, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with booking systems and CRM software is an advantage
