Mercier Consultancy is looking for a passionate Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Clien's Grocery Delivery Services Department. In this dynamic entry level role, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our Spanish-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries related to grocery orders and delivery services.
Your fluency in Spanish will be essential as you assist clients with order placements, tracking deliveries, and addressing any concerns or issues they may encounter. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and satisfactory grocery shopping experience for our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat regarding grocery delivery services
- Assist customers with placing orders, modifying existing orders, and troubleshooting delivery issues
- Provide information about products, promotions, and delivery options
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Gather customer feedback to help improve our services continually
- Stay knowledgeable about food products and grocery industry trends
Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on helping customers
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in retail or delivery services, is preferred
- Able to juggle multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for customer satisfaction and knowledge of grocery products
- Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
