Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Finance industry team. In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with a range of financial inquiries and services.
Your fluency in Spanish will be crucial as you help clients understand their financial products, address account questions, and resolve any issues they may encounter. By delivering high-quality customer service, you will help foster trust and satisfaction among our clients in the finance sector.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Spanish through phone, email, and chat regarding financial services and products
- Assist customers with inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and financial planning
- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions promptly and professionally
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and increase customer satisfaction
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve service offerings
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate information
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and a focus on client needs
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the finance or banking industry, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Interest in finance and a desire to help clients achieve their financial goals
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
