In this dynamic entry-level role, you will provide outstanding support to our Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to data storage solutions and technology services.
Your fluency in Spanish will be key in helping clients understand our products, resolve technical queries, and ensure they receive the best possible service. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty in the tech space.
Responsibilities
- You must already be living in Greece.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in Spanish through phone, email, and chat regarding data storage technology inquiries
- Assist customers with product questions, order processing, and technical support
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide customers with accurate and timely support
- Gather customer feedback to improve our products and services
- Stay updated on industry trends and our range of data storage technologies
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in customer service, preferably in technology or data storage, is a plus
- Able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Genuine interest in technology and helping customers find suitable solutions
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
